I am a photographer and student at Duke University studying Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science. I was introduced to photography during my snowboarding career; I was hooked: I switched which side of the camera I was on. I loved that photography required an artistic eye and quick technical calculations. Snowboarding quickly expanded into fitness photography, and now I also specialize in events, portraiture, and sports. My goal as a photographer is to capture the emotion of the moment - no matter what it may be - so that the second in time can be held forever. I am currently the Staff Photographer and Cinematographer at ABTsolute Training Systems and honored to be a Magic Hour Foundation photographer, providing free photoshoots to cancer patients and their families.
